Forbidden and Arcanus expands Minecraft with magic, rituals, unusual materials, and decorative blocks. Its content follows the familiar vanilla style while providing a separate progression system for players who want to explore forbidden knowledge.
Magic, Rituals, and Building Content
The central feature is the Hephaestus Forge, a large multiblock structure used to perform rituals. Creating it requires special Darkstone blocks, Mundabitur Dust, and a Smithing Table. After construction, the forge opens access to more advanced magical recipes.
Rituals use a main ingredient together with items placed on nearby pedestals. They also consume four types of essence: Aureal, Souls, Blood, and Experience. Optional enhancers can reduce costs or change the ritual process. The forge has several tiers, so it must be upgraded before the most powerful rituals become available.
Outside the ritual system, the mod introduces magical materials, equipment, artifacts, and many new building blocks. These additions are useful for creating temples, laboratories, ancient ruins, or other fantasy structures. The combination of practical items and decorative sets makes the mod suitable for both survival progression and creative building.

- Download Forbidden and Arcanus and Valhelsia Core for the same Minecraft version and loader.
- Move both downloaded JAR files into the mods folder.
